Piero TT is the latest creation by chef Pierre Gagnaire, who works closely with chef Riccardo Valore to give Mediterranean notes centre stage.
They devised the joyful, multicoloured, irresistible menu to satisfy all the guests, whatever their age or wishes.
Besides the classic antipasti, pasta and risotto, Italy’s entire culinary heritage can be tasted here.
The menu features Scampi with Cremona’s mustard; Scallop ceviche, burrata, coriander, chili and lime; Seabream with passion fruit, anchovies colature and mint; Bottoni, black tuffle, ricotta and mushrooms
